Wide Network Officer

The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance network services across all company sites and remote connections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Conduct regular network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Manage and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for network-related projects and upgrades.
• Monitor and respond to network alerts and incidents in a timely manner, including root cause analysis and documentation.
