What You'll Need:
National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification
3+ years' experience as a Wheat Miller
Comprehensive grain experience
Valid RSA driver's license and own transport
Willingness to work shifts
Ability to monitor and maintain milling equipment
Expertise in controlling milling processes to meet quality standards
Routine maintenance experience for machine reliability
Strong background in training, mentoring, and supervising teams
