Wha Process Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical teams in the assembly of electrical harnesses according to WHMA/IPC-620 standards.
• Set up assembly tools and fixtures using cable layout boards.
• Read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions for wire harnesses.
• Actively participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, including the selection of machines, tools, and fixtures for cost‑effective manufacturing.
• Design and integrate support tools, test devices, and fixtures into production processes.
• Develop manufacturing methods and work instructions for electrical and electromechanical components.
• Select appropriate components (connectors, backshells, cables/wires, shielding, coverings, etc.) that meet customer design requirements and local material availability.
