Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused WFM Technical Product Support
Engineer to join our Product Support organization. The ideal candidate will have 3 + years
of experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) solutions and possess strong
technical troubleshooting skills across leading WFM platforms including NICE WFM/IEX,
Verint WFM, Aspect WFM, and Calabrio WFM.
This role will be responsible for providing technical support, issue diagnosis, root cause
analysis, system administration, integration support, and customer engagement
