WFM Assistant Manager: Scheduling & Stakeholder Lead

Ibex is seeking an Assistant WFM Manager to supervise planners and real time analysts across multiple sites. You will ensure the integrity of WFM processes, drive utilization, and partner with stakeholders to align staffing with business goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, leadership, and hands-on management. You will mentor schedulers, coordinate forecasts, and deliver efficient staffing plans for client success.
