Wet Chemistry Equipment Technician for Semiconductor Tools

Ams Osram in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure optimal performance of Wet Chemistry equipment. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Wet tools like Veeco and SCREEN.

The technician will support equipment maintenance, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance. Strong English and Malay communication skills are essential. This role includes working in a rotating shift pattern.
