About the Role

We are looking for a Well Site Leader to join Imperial as a Wells Operations Supervisor to lead well servicing operations, focusing on safety, building positive relationships, and maintaining a strong teamwork environment. This is a full‑time role requiring relocation to Cold Lake.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise contractor crews in well servicing operations, including new well completions, well maintenance, and abandonment activities; ensure compliance with safety and company standards; coordinate with rig and service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred.
