• Deliver all treatments professionally, with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.
• Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare.
