• Welcome clients in a warm, professional way
  
• Guide first-time tours & explain therapies (Cryo, HBOT, Red Light, etc.)
  
• Understand client goals & recommend personalized protocols
  
• Support membership sales & retention
  
• Manage bookings (Momence) & daily operations
  
• Prepare functional drinks & maintain studio standards
