Maintain time and absence policies, ensuring alignment with HR standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Gain a thorough understanding of all employee benefits, retirement and savings and wellness programs.
Serve as a resource for questions related to leave, absence and related HR policies.
Act as tier 2 support for questions related to all employee programs.
Support administration of employee benefit programs, including:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee discount programs
