Wellbeing Operations Manager (APAC), Trust & Safety

Responsibilities

In this role you will ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders located within APAC.

• Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and site health reports for in‑house Trust & Safety teams within APAC.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and be a trusted business partner by providing evidence‑based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, providing deep insights, opinions and consultations based on professional judgement, internal employee feedback, site visits and data analysis.
• Build deep knowledge expertise at the site(s) level to recommend effective and tailored wellbeing programming interventions, customised to cultural and business needs.
