The Role
The School of Skilled Trades Grande Prairie is seeking Welding Instructors for the Apprenticeship program. This is a full-time, sessional, tenure-track appointment that begins on August 15, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2027, based on favourable budget and evaluations.
Job Requirements
- Journeyperson/Red Seal certification in the related trade
- Preferred minimum of five years of experience as a Journeyperson
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to explore new opportunities
