Job Title: Welders/Fitter
Shift -
Days - Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm, and Friday from 6:30am to 2:45pm
Night shifts run Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 3:30am, with optional overtime on Friday and Saturday.
$3 night shift premium
Wage - up to 38/hr.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel components.
- Cut, drill, punch, bend, roll, or press steel using metalworking machines and cutting torches.
- Assemble metal sections and plates into units and sub-units.
- Fasten components using mechanical methods or tack welding in preparation for final welds.
- Operate overhead cranes.
- Perform welding using MCAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes.
