As an Assembly Welder , you are responsible for welding metal components together to form a final product that is dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. To excel in this role, a combination of a strong understanding of welding techniques and an eye for detail to produce the highest quality welds.
Dedicated Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Dedicated Afternoon Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday - Thursday
Shift Premium: $3.00 per hour for afternoons
Job Duties
- Read and follow technical drawings and blueprints to understand the welding requirements for each product
- Ensure proper materials are selected for each job to weld together metal components
- Follow safety protocols and wear the prescribed personal protective equipment to prevent injuries
