Requirements

Strong proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG/SMAW) and metal fabrication techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical schematics.

Skilled in rigging, hoisting, and safe material handling.

Solid understanding of structural steel installation practices, including bolting, welding, and alignment.

Mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

Competence with precision measurement tools (tape measures, squares, micrometers, dial indicators, laser alignment).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

Physical capability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
