Weight Process & Tools Lead (Xico)

The Weight Process and Tools Lead is responsible for documenting weight related processes, developing training materials and to help drive implementation of tools that increase efficiency.
Daily activities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead Creation of System and Process Documentation for tool development, Training, Weight Applications and to provide Engineering & Marketing Support
Develop training for weight team new hires
Improve Processes and Tools where applicable
Increase Engineering Efficiencies
Increase Weight Fidelity Tracking
Support VWMS Application rewrite
Support replacement of Notes VWRS System
Write requirements for replacement of PDB System
Document Fuel Economy Label Process and Tools
Manage Process and Tools for Marketing Publication of Weight Data
Support NA Global Weight meetings and assignments
Coordinate activities with the Weight Lab
