Websphere administrator (Monterrey)

The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales, and customer support.

Platform Administration & Security

Azure Open AI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent hallucinations and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data). Manage user permissions and ensure the system complies with integral data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).

Performance & Response Optimization

Advanced Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and version‑control complex system prompts to maintain the bot's persona and task accuracy.
