Web3 Growth Analyst: Markets & Revenue

Rho Labs, located in Romblon, España, is seeking a Business Analyst to translate trading and user data into growth actions for Rho X, our rates trading venue. The role involves monitoring user behavior and trades, designing referral programs, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to enhance trading activity and compliance.

Ideal candidates should have 3–6+ years of experience in business or trading analytics with strong SQL skills, and familiarity with dashboard tools and A/B testing.
