The Web Developer Technical Lead will be a hands‑on technical leader within Inova Digital Technologies, responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying our in‑house claims management system. This role requires a unique blend of full‑stack engineering expertise and project management skills. You will lead our internal development team, write core code, manage AWS infrastructure, and work directly with stakeholders to translate complex TPA workflows into a scalable, modern platform.
