The Wealth Segments and Products Head role leads the Wealth Segments & Products strategy, offering, and commercial performance to drive growth of affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) customers. The incumbent oversees product design, customer value propositions, pricing, portfolio management, relationship delivery models, ensuring profitability, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute segment strategy to drive acquisition, portfolio growth, and retention of affluent/HNW customers.
- Build segment‑specific customer value propositions, pricing, and bundled offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor moves; recommend responses.
