About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fund Manager with a minimum of 3 years of investment experience to support and drive the full investment lifecycle across private equity and venture capital strategies. The role involves deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and ongoing portfolio management, working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Investment & Deal Execution Source, evaluate, and structure PE/VC investment opportunities across sectors. Conduct comprehensive commercial, financial, and operational due diligence. Build financial models and prepare detailed investment memorandums for IC review. Support deal negotiations, term sheet structuring, and transaction execution. Portfolio Management Monitor portfolio company performance against investment thesis.
