**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Design and implement scalable and reliable event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
