We are looking for an Expert System Development & Design with a main responsibility in developing integrated machinery and propulsion systems for ships. The preferred location for this position is Stord (Norway), but also Vaasa, Turku, Helsinki (Finland), Gdynia (Poland), Trieste (Italy) and Shanghai (China) are negotiable. We offer a possibility to hybridwork.
Your role and responsibilities
**Your responsibilities include**:
Explore alternative machinery concepts for propulsion and electric power generation and conversion, with strong focus on identified customer values.
Develop machinery concepts based on a strong Data-Driven Design approach and evaluate alternative concepts through system simulation tools.
