As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at OCBC, you will build long-term relationships with business owners and decision‑makers, helping them achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
To excel in this role, you will take a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each business and developing strategies to help them grow. You will work closely with product specialists to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
What you do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with product specialists to develop tailored solutions for clients, including cash management, trade finance, and lending products.
