WATSAN MOBILE IMPLEMENTER OFFICER (Colombia)

Context and General Objective of the Post

As the Mobile Implementer Officer (WATSAN), you will roll out and improve WATSAN (Water and Sanitation) procedures and activities in MSF projects. You will tailor these procedures to different contexts, train relevant personnel, and ensure proper implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks

• Oversee and execute WATSAN procedures and activities as per requirements.
• Define and communicate clear Terms of Reference (ToR) before deployment, including objectives, duration, expected results, and reporting lines.
• Plan deployments in coordination with the field team and HQ, ensuring necessary administrative and medical preparations (e.g., visas, vaccinations, flights).
• Assist WATSAN Managers in planning, feasibility studies, and assessment of WATSAN activities.
