WatHab Infrastructure Engineer – Detention Projects

ICRC in the Philippines is seeking a senior professional to manage the infrastructure program for WatHab in Detention. You will lead planning, design and on-site follow-up of complex engineering projects within the country and oversee a small engineering team.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, strong planning skills, English proficiency and experience coordinating with detention authorities and partners. Travel to project sites is expected.
