Grand Contracting is seeking an experienced and motivated Waterproofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial waterproofing projects throughout Thunder Bay and surrounding areas.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, job site organization, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise waterproofing crews on‑site
- Coordinate daily job activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Read and understand project scopes and site requirements
- Perform foundation excavation, crack repairs, waterproofing membrane installation, drainage board installation, and weeping tile systems
- Operate and oversee the safe operation of excavation equipment when required
- Ensure quality control and maintain high workmanship standards
