WSP is looking for a Water Quality Modeller to join the Prairies and North team. This role offers an opportunity for an intermediate professional to deepen technical expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and work alongside respected water quality specialists in the mining and natural resource sector.
Responsibilities
- Apply water quality models to evaluate potential environmental effects on aquatic systems for mining and natural resource projects.
- Develop, refine, and adapt numerical water quality models to support complex environmental assessments.
- Contribute to conceptual model development, data analysis, and interpretation of modelling results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmental impact assessments for large‑scale mining operations.
