Waste Water Technician
The main objective of this position is to operate, maintain and troubleshoot the de-ionized water and waste water treatment system.
Responsibilities
- Follow all process steps, work instructions, and operational standards to ensure safe and compliant treatment operations.
- Collect water samples and monitor treatment effectiveness to ensure treated water meets disposal requirements.
- Monitor and maintain chemical inventory levels required for treatment processes.
- Inspect and monitor wastewater sumps to prevent overflow and ensure proper operation.
- Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on scrubber systems.
- Perform regeneration of softeners and deionizers and conduct cleaning of RO membranes as scheduled.
