As the Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. This role involves investigating claims, evaluating costs, and maintaining detailed records while addressing and resolving customer inquiries. The Specialist is expected to coordinate effectively with various departments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve warranty processes.
