About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our team in the A.C.T where you will assess, schedule & co-ordinate construction work for issues, defects or repairs on finished homes. Customer centric focus and your strong background in the residential housing sector will enable you to identify issues, scope repair works and communicate effectively so that all parties are informed. You will ensure that works are completed to the highest possible standard, remain cost effective, finished in efficient timeframes and done safely. You will develop relationships with contractors and customers to ensure alignment, outline timeframes and progress of works. You understand that difficult relationships can be managed with clear and concise communication, building trust and doing what you say you will do.
