Responsibilities:
- Analyze warranty claims and identify potential issues with the Dodge Truck Actuators
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Design Office) to determine root cause of failures
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure they are aware of any quality issues and provide them updates on actions taken or required to resolve the issue.
