Supervises the Warranty Team in the activities related to root/ cause analysis and testing to solve issues focused on parts/ products safety and warranty for the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the framework for the warranty returns, customer concerns and the company problem solving/ root cause analysis system.
- Supervises the hands
- on inspections and diagnostics of components and review against the specification to understand short falls.
- Ensure that the analysis data is reported correctly to the management in order to stablish permanent corrective actions to warranty prevention.
- Leadership of special projects as required.
- Achieve KPI’s related to Warranty and Quality Area.
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Management system.
