Warranty Engineer (Aguascalientes)

Quality Assurance Systems Engineer capable to monitor quality market condition, define and establish immediate actions for customer protection, and lead the following key activities:

• Monitors various sources of field quality data (QIDEA, SICAT, etc.) and takes appropriate action in order to achieve quality targets for the assigned CST.
• Establishes priority and action plans for incident investigation and reporting.
• Conducts investigative research at Manufacturing facilities and sometimes travels to Nissan dealers in the USA or Mexico.
• Identifies, investigates, and reports quality issues.
• Leads or participates in weekly Direct Communication (DC) meetings with plant, PQE, and design staff to review current warranty claims/quality issues to be investigated and reported through the DRIVE system.
