Overview
Warehousing and Property MGR. – overseas the receiving, storing, inventory ASL control to set ROPs, issuing process, and disposing of Government Furnished and Contractor Acquired Material. Coordinates and supervises monthly 10% cyclic inventory, Receipt and break down of customer material. Update MAXIMO transactions and verify accuracy of records. Supervise assigned staff. Prepare and submit reports to the government providing detailed information on routine and special reports. Provide support to Program Management identifying problematic areas and resolutions.
Responsibilities
• Works with NSGB MPM teams to accomplish provided tasks to standards • Ensures accuracy counts, validate proper BIN of incoming material and aides in the verification of the receipt of items on requisition or invoices requested by either N36 Warehouse staff or the proper Annex . • Update material records in Maximo, from main warehouse and Annex Material storage, to ensur...
