Position Summary
Under minimum supervision, performs warehouse worker duties. Assignments require independent discretion, judgment and a thorough understanding of company/department policies and procedures. Employees work both independently and as part of workgroups or teams, providing the labour required for warehouse operations within the distribution centre.
Hourly Base Rate
$33.88/hr
Position Responsibilities
May include, but not limited to:
Replenishment
- Keep pick‑slots full; replenish line, flow racks, and bulk locations
- Rotate inventory; crucial in the freezer, cooler and dry area
- Track movement of product and follow physical movement
- Place all product in proper pick‑slots; never set product off to the side
- Take damaged product to recoup area
- Keep up to date on product changes, substitutions, and promotions
