Are you an experienced Warehouse Trainer with a passion for safety, compliance, and developing people? We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Training Lead to drive training excellence across our busy warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) training and assessments.Conduct new starter on-site inductions and ensure colleagues are fully trained in safe working practices.Deliver Manual Handling training and refresher sessions.Complete post-incident/accident assessments and retraining where required.Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards.Maintain accurate training records and support site compliance activities
