Warehouse Team Lead - Safety & Training

UPS is seeking a dedicated individual to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks in Colombia. In this role, you will ensure safety and productivity while developing strong relationships with employees and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. This is a permanent position, requiring adaptability to shift hours up to 5 days a week.
