Overview
Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the Warehouse Team Lead will supervise warehouse collaborators and lead by example toward the achievement of goals through coaching, training and effective goal setting. The Warehouse Team Lead is accountable for ensuring our customers are serviced in a professional and ethical manner and serves as brand ambassadors. They will also be responsible for day‑to‑day operations including creating a safety culture, deliveries, inventory control and facility/fleet maintenance.
