As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You will lead a team of Team Leaders and operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Coaching and supporting ongoing development with the team.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
- Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
