This position is responsible for Leading the efficient operations of the Receiving, Shipping, and Staging areas of the Warehouse.
- Ensures all warehouse personnel are trained properly for their job functions as well as the equipment they use.
- Plan, directs and supervises the daily activities of the warehouse.
- Schedules staff to ensure coverage in all areas of the warehouse.
- Disciplines employees when necessary and recommends terminations according to company policies and procedures.
- Administrative duties including scheduling, timecards, maintaining materials inventory and other duties as needed.
- Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of warehouse associates and provides ongoing performance management, training and conducts timely formal performance appraisals for staff.
