Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Resolve receiving discrepancies and support quality control efforts.
- Communicate with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues.
- Track and report on warehouse productivity and KPIs.
- Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
