Warehouse Supervisor, Scommerce (Penang)

Work Hours and Location

• 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
• Sungai Jawi, Pulau Pinang

Inbound

• Manage the efficient and accurate receiving process, ensuring timely acceptance of all incoming shipments (e.g., finished goods, packaging).
• Verify product quantities, condition, and documentation against purchase orders/shipping documents.
• Oversee efficient and safe put‑away of received inventory into designated storage locations.
• Manage dock scheduling and coordinate with carriers for efficient unloading and turnaround.
• Identify and resolve receiving discrepancies (e.g., damaged goods, missing items, incorrect shipments).
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
