Warehouse Supervisor (Reverse Logistics)

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with third-party warehouse service providers by ensuring effective and reliable services related to finished goods warehouse operations and inventory accuracy, thereby achieving customer satisfaction and retention. Responsible for planning, leading, directing, implementing, and controlling all warehouse management activities related to finished goods to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations gained from an FMCG manufacturing company.
