Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 (essential).
- Diploma in Warehousing or related field (advantageous).
- 3–5 years' warehouse control experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- 2–3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and warehouse process understanding
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, variance investigations, and FIFO compliance.
- Manage goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and warehouse documentation.
- Monitor warehouse performance, customer service levels, loading schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, storage practices, and warehouse organization.
