The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of products. This role provides hands‑on leadership to warehouse staff, coordinating activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The Warehouse Supervisor owns shipping and receiving performance end‑to‑end as a service function to the business. Ensure every shippable order ships, customs paperwork is correct, freight spend is controlled, and service levels are met daily.
Working hours from 6h00 to 14h00.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Execution
- Own daily shipment execution.
- Clear the backorder queue daily.
- Act as primary point of contact for Sales & Customer Service.
- Ensure response to inquiries within SLA.
- Own daily shipping prioritization based on committed ship dates and Sales/CS service rules.
