Job Summary
Dayton Parts, a division of Dorman Products, is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations at our Mississauga distribution facility. This salaried role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for daily floor execution, team accountability, productivity, accuracy, safety, and on‑time customer shipments.
Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs and daily operational priorities.
The Warehouse Supervisor will act as the Warehouse Manager’s eyes on the floor, supervising Order Processors and ensuring daily warehouse priorities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role requires a hands‑on floor leader who is comfortable managing performance, attendance, training, workflow, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
