- Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects within Supply Chain to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization by identifying and removing processes waste.
- Must be highly skilled in lean strategy, methodology and tools to instill associate's improvement for the better culture and serve as a change agent able to coordinate all functional areas in Supply Chain including customers and suppliers.
- Plan, design, execute and sustain very effective processes that delivers value to the organization improving cost by systematically removing non-value adding improving productivity and as consequence cost structure.
