Position SummaryThe candidate is responsible for leading, planning, managing, and owning the performance of the warehouse workforce on all activities of receiving, storage/putaway, work order kitting, inter‐site shipments, external warehouses, inventory accuracy (both quantity and storage location), and finished goods shipments, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, manage, and own the operations and performance of warehouse workforce.Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), and warehouse tools/systems to enhance workforce efficiency.Facilitate cross‐function and inter‐site communications and collaboration.Apply problem‐solving capability.Ensure the warehouse workforce executes timely receiving transactions (physically and electronically), puts away accurately, supplies work order material kits to production on time, and prepares and ships outbound shipments on schedule.Drive talent retenti...
