Warehouse Supervisor

:ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- To lead, plan, manage and own the operations and performance of warehouse workforce - Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), warehouse tools/systems enhancement and efficiency of the workforce- Cross function and inter-site communications and collaborations.
- Problem solving capability.
- Ensure the warehouse workforce execute the timely receiving transactions (physically & electronically), putaway accurately, supply WO material kits to production timely and outbound shipments prepared & shipped out on time.
- Talents retention and development- Warehouse operations' performance indicators (KPIs)- Daily and weekly warehouse inventory value monitoring, control and escalation- Daily collaboration with Planning & Purchasing Departments to monitor and control incoming inventory.
- Minimally, to present monthly forecast on workforce and storage space analyses to align with business needs.
